So what do you need to start?

You will need to self certify you are ok to train so please bring the PARQ form(s) with you to your first session.
The main form is the health pre screener which is a standard set of questions that self certify you are ok to train.
In the Event you tick yes to some of the questions, it doesn't mean you cannot train but it is best for you to clear it with your doctor as they are the health professional.
if yes then take the 'pre train form' to your doctor. (download button)
Once you have these, then just bring yourself, a drink, and a warm jacket if its cold to put on when you have finished.
Best thing to bring is a sense of humour and you will LOVE this kind of training.

Get your form printed off (or we do carry some with us) lace your trainers up, and come down and join Hull's ONLY Military Fitness club. Don't get caught out with so called 'free trials' that then tie you into a contract
